  1. Student’s Full Name, Age, Date of Birth, photograph
  2. Contact Details (Phone, Email, Address, Emergency Contact details). In case of a Minor, Parent/Guardian details will be collected

  1. Course Enrolment Details, Attendance Records, Feedback and Assessments
  2. Photos, Videos, and Audio Recordings (with consent)

c) Payment and Financial Information

  1. Payment Transaction Details (excluding card details, which are processed securely by third-party payment gateways)

d) Website and Digital Interactions

  1. IP Address, Browser Type, and Device Information
  2. Cookies and Usage Data (for website functionality and improvement)

e) Surveillance camera recordings

  1. To ensure safety and security of our students, staff, visitors, Myna Academy operates surveillance cameras in designated areas of our premises.

How We Use Your Data

We collect and process personal data for the following purposes:

  1. To manage student enrolments (including payments), maintain academic records, student/parent/guardian communication
  2. To enhance learning experiences through recorded performances and assessments
  3. To comply with legal and regulatory obligations
  4. In any other way we may describe for the information provided

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. However, we may share data in the following cases:

  1. Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third parties (e.g., payment processors, cloud storage providers) who assist in running our academy.
  2. Marketing & Promotions: We may use student photos/videos for marketing purposes on our website and social media. Students are deemed to have given consent for use of such material
  3. Legal Compliance: If required by law, we will be obliged to disclose personal data to regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for educational, legal, and operational purposes. Upon request, we will securely delete or anonymize data that is no longer required.
