Step into the world of Sa’adat Hasan Manto’s Mozelle, a powerful story of courage, identity and defiance.

Set in Partition-era Bombay, a fiercely independent Jewish woman and her former Sikh lover are caught in a city fractured by communal violence. As he struggles between desire and faith, she defies every boundary of religion, gender and propriety – their bodies becoming mirrors of two radically different ideas of identity, freedom and belonging.
